"I was struggling with psoriasis on my scalp, along my neck and on my legs. I was embarrassed, and when people would ask me about my skin, I became more insecure. These bright red scaly patches were hard to miss. I had tried many different avenues, different skin care lines, supplements, oils, and creams. I only achieved minor changes. I was ready to accept that this would be a part of my life forever.

After working with Trish my psoriasis has significantly cleared up. Turns out stress and diet were major contributors. I now feel confident and will wear my hair up, which is something I rarely did. Now the comments I receive about my skin are positive and uplifting.

Trish was so kind, I never felt judged or embarrassed when working with her. Throughout this process I felt supported and cared for, which made these health hurdles more manageable. The education I received from Tish, helped me feel more equipped to support my body. I am so thankful for the help I received. It is clear Trish cares about others and is passionate about health. I did not feel like to a patient or a number, I was a person with a story and Trish saw me."

I was visiting with Trish and offered her some almonds. I heard they were supposed to be high in magnesium and that was supposed to be good for leg cramps. I had been struggling with leg cramps for a couple of years. I went on to tell her how bad my leg cramps were especially at night. I told her I had tried some pills that I found on the internet and after a month of no relief, I quit taking them. I had also asked the nurse at work what to do for leg cramps and a nurse practitioner. Both told me to drink more water or eat bananas. Nothing was working. Trish told me about Isontonix Magnesium and Vitamin B. She gave me more information in 15 minutes than I had gotten from any health professional. She explained to me why my body was acting “out” and how the combination of the two vitamins would work for me. Within 5 days of taking the Isotonix Magnesium and Vitamin B, my leg cramps were greatly reduced. I was excited! She had offered to do a Health Survey with me previously and I had declined, but now, after those results, I was all in. One of my fears is losing memory. She recommended Curcumin Extreme. It works!!! I was having trouble remembering words. After a short time of taking the curcumin I was no longer at a loss for words. Also, I didn’t realize that I was in a fog. I heard commercials talking about being in a fog. Once the curcumin started working, I realized I was not in a fog any more.

Some other things I noticed after being on the magnesium, I began sleeping through the night. I had been waking up any where from 4-6 times a night. My hair stopped falling out as much. I also noticed that the little extra hairs on my face disappeared. My skin isn’t as dry. I feel more alert and focused. I don’t feel tired.

My husband saw the positive results I was experiencing and decided he wanted to do a heath survey. He is on prescription medications for High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol and Acid Reflux. He told Trish he didn't want to be tied to medication the rest of his life. We started slow and chose to work on the High Blood Pressure first. With support from his doctor, he was able to slowly come off all the blood pressure medication. Now we are working on Cholesterol and Acid Reflux.

I learned 28 years ago you must be your own health advocate. Doctors use their knowledge to make an educated guess, but not always taking into count how your whole body works intricately together. After 3 years of being very sick, countless prescriptions, procedures and multiple Doctors I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Already having hypothyroidism, I knew a life of medication with many days of not feeling 100% were ahead.

Fast forward 25 years, my body rejecting multiple RA meds, and deciding I was done with modern medicine, I sought advice from Trish. Trish and I had been friends for years, so it felt very natural for me to entrust her with my story. She started digging into all the things. She listened and researched, making recommendations that help my whole body instead of addressing one thing and causing another. Through the recommended supplements, focusing on the importance of whole foods, exercise, and self-care I have been able to avoid RA medications. Her focus is overall health and wellness, she wants to learn the whole picture not just a specific problem. She cares and has a passion for improving one’s health, you will be grateful you entrusted her with your health journey. I am!
