How We Will Work Together:
1. Initial Consultation (Discovery Session)
We begin with a one-on-one consultation to understand your health history, current
concerns, and goals. This sets the foundation for a tailored wellness strategy.
2. Personalized Wellness Plan
Based on your unique needs, you’ll receive a clear, accountable plan with
recommendations related to lifestyle, nutrition, supplements, or referrals as needed.
3. Ongoing Support & Adjustments
You are unique and health isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll check in regularly, track progress,
and refine your plan to ensure it works for you — every step of the way.
What is my Commitment to You:
1.) Confidentiality: Your personal and health information will always remain private.
2.) Professional Integrity: You’ll receive honest, research-informed guidance tailored to your best interests.

Are lab tests required?
Lab tests are not required, but they can sometimes offer valuable insights into underlying conditions. If needed, we may recommend them to support your care.
Do you see pediatric patients?
Yes, I work with patients of all ages, including children.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance at this time. All sessions are self-pay.
Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?
Yes, HSA and FSA funds can be used for naturopathic sessions. You may need to submit your receipt directly to your provider for reimbursement.
What are your session rates?
Everyone’s health journey is unique — some may reach their goals more quickly, while others may require more time and support. Trish’s rate is $150 per hour and is billed per session. Any lab work, testing, or recommended travel essentials (such as nutrients) are billed separately if needed. Sessions are charged based on the actual time spent with Trish, not the time reserved for the appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Venmo or CashApp.
